My PC has always done this, but it has not bothered me until now, because I have started overclocking. Every time I make a change in the BIOS, it freezes on the splash screen after saving and restarting unless I restart my computer a second time, at which point startup continues as usual. This happens no matter what the change is, whether it be the boot drive changing, upping voltage on CPU or clock speed on CPU. Regardless of what I change, it takes two restarts to boot my computer, which is time wasted and very annoying during overclocking process. Any help is appreciated.
