Need to know if I can improve my cooling. Am I at my optimum with what I have?

My BIOS' readings at idle.

This is a crappy Paint diagram I made real quick to show the setup. Mislabeled 2 as 3. The labels below will refer to color too.

CPU Fan is a 120mm input pushing air into radiator. Connected to the CPU Fan socket. It is 4-pin of course, The water cooler uses a molex to 3-pin for power.

The water cooler uses a molex to 3-pin for power. I've been readign that it is best to give it full power all the time for the pump. This is the Thermaltake Water 3.0. 1200 to 2000 rpm, 99 cfm.

The maroon SysFan's (1 & 2) are inputs. These are filtered (it is very thin, just a dust filter). These are Insignia 4-pin fans, 120mm, 44 cfm, 650 @ 50% to 1,200 @ full.

SysFan 3 (orange) and 4 (yellow) are stock fans that came with the case (NZXT 210 IIRC) so I do not know their numbers. Both on output. Yellow is a 140mm and orange is 120mm and I made a plate to cover the extra space around it (120/140 hole).

The area above SysFan 2 (the mislabeled maroon one) could hold another fan and also has filter material over the hole.

There is also a fan hole (filtered as well) in the side panel.

The only unfiltered space is the expansion slots but that is only because I don't have any solid panels to replace them.

Sorry for the mediocre quality. Trying to post quickly rather than with quality. Plus I had to use Paint since I don't have Photoshop anymore (and I can't get used to GIMP).

Adding water cooling did a pretty amazing job of cooling it down from the danger temps I had gotten on the stock cooler.

I came from the kind of people who did more air control so this is a weird feeling system to me. I usually don't like it to be this open.

Alright, so overclocking. Not really something I'd planned to do. Thing is I've got this Corsair Vengeance LP that is 1866 that does not run at 1866 automatically. I had to turn on the on-board overclock and manually set the speed. Since it was on I used the MSI Command Center to set the ratio to 43 from 39 and Base Clock from 100 to 101. That was all. Everything else is set to AUTO in the BIOS.

This setup currently idles at 36c/96f. My a/c in the house is set to 76f but this room stays about 10+ degrees (f) warmer than the rest of the house cuz of this pc.

Using CPU-Z's Stress CPU function gets me up to 48c after several minutes, but it tops out there.
Using MSI Command Center to control the fans. The CPUFan is set to 20% @ 40c to 100% @ 49c. The SysFans are 50% @ 40c to 100% @ 49c.

PASTEBIN of CPU-ID

I'm just feeling a bit lost as to what to do. I've tried a couple other programs to check temp (before I knew about the MSI one) and a couple free fan control programs, but they are all obviously pretty far off for the temps.

Suggestions?
I just feel like it isn't as cool as it could be.
I'm actually thinking about creating a tube to vent the hot air outside cuz my room is so freaking hot.

You're probably right. I think the only next step that I need to do is change the room's venting at this point. It is just way too hot in here.
