Hey,
So in the past, I've had quite a few problems with my PC, not temperature though.
There is quite a bit of a difference on w7 and w10 temperature wise.
Since I've gone back to w7, (because w10 was breaking my pc all the time) the temps on w7 are quite high.

I open up Minecraft, and 2 minutes after, the GPU is hitting at least 70 degrees. Nearly 80 at max. I always turn the game off when it gets to 80 because that is quite hot...

I cleaned my PC out today, nothing helped though. The temps dropped idle, but not whilst gaming.

My room temperature is good enough too.

Does anybody have any solutions? :/

Anything under 90C is safe. As for improvements.. better case airflow would be the first thing.
But go back to W10, mate. Win7 is dead.
