Can I use 450w PSU on gtx 550 ti and HD7750 ?

Now im considering to buy Gtx 550Ti or HD 7750. But i dont know its support with my psu or not.

My PSU is
- Powerlogic magnum 230 450w

Does my current psu can support both of it?
if support can i add 6 pin connector into the motherboard ?

Amperage ratings aren't important, though, if the PSU blows up before the current on those wires even reaches that high of a value. Rated amperage, just like labelled wattage, is a very generalized number with little to no meaning. This is one reason we have professional reviews; rated amperage and wattage are often lies, and power supplies often have devastatingly poor quality.
