Hey guys, So I have had this motherboard for a while now, I'd say around 5 years and recently (6 months ago haha) my network adapter stopped working. I bough TP link wireless network adapter and it works fine just I have a huge packet loss and I cant do certain things with it because of the pack loss.

Now I might be wrong if it died or not. My problem was this:
- I connect to the internet and I cant stay online more than 10 seconds and I get disconnected. It happens all day long, and sometimes I cant even connect at all using my network adapter. It constantly says like "Not connected" eventho I tried with both USB and the network cable. I also tried changing around 20 cables but same problem happens. My friend told me my network adapter died and that I should get a WIFI network adapter to replace it and now it works!

So my questions are
1. Can I somehow fix it? Maybe something is disabled in bios or such?
2. If I cannot fix it, what do you recommend for me to purchase? Please specify the product, Im a noob when it comes to hardware.

I have p5ql pro motherboard
Also some PC spec's :
- 4GB of ram
- ATI Radeon 5670 1GB HD
- Dual core, 2.93 & 2.94

Its an old computer but still running good except this lil problem.

NOTE: On windows 7, I was able to use VPN to process this pack loss aka it would reduce the pack loss significantly but seems that doesnt work on Windows 10, the packet loss seems to stay almost the same and all problems from the past are still here
