Earlier today everything was working great, the front LED fans were working and running just fine, and the fans are fine, but now, all of a sudden, the front fans stopped and won't work when plugged into any of the 4 fan control headers attached to the case. I can plug the fans directly into the mother board and they work just fine. I haven't done anything in the 2 hours between when they worked last and now. I tried plugging what I think is called a Sata power connector into a different adapter, but it still won't work. I find it hard to believe that the wires could have developed a problem in such a small window, so my question is this -

Is there a way I might have accidentally shut off the fans somehow and or is there a way of testing to see if the fan connectors have any power running through them? If they're dead wires and shorted out somehow, I need to replace them, or even the case, and if they work still, I need to get the fans running again.

I doubt you'd have anything to do with the fan controller giving up on it's duties. In fact I would suggest that the flimsy fan controller gave out due to poor construction. Best course of action, don't use up more time troubleshooting the controller, if you're under warranty, you'd best contact the seller and Corsair informing both about the issue. I'm sure they will send a fan controller without any additional charges.
