I recently created a support ticket for my R9 390X. They responded and said i should RMA my gpu. So i sent it in. MSI has a tool that allows you to check the status of the rma, whether it arrived at thier facilities or whether they shipped it out. Its been like a month and according to the tool my gpu has just been sitting there and nothing has been done. I called them to ask what was going on and they said that i would receive an email or phone call with a status update. Obviously, they never called or sent an email. I called them again and they told be that i would receive a phone call or an email. Once again i never did. I tried another two times and now i'm just stuck in a damn loop. I just want to no, what the hell do i do now? I got no gpu and it's as if they're ignoring me.

If it says 60days, you'll wait.
Else if they are past the given terms, you could kindly call them and say it straight, that you either want a new one or full refund.

Usually some of those laws can be enforced without hiring a lawyers, but by informing the correct agency.

P.S. Also you might want to check your warranty details, there could be info on those terms.
