AMD DUAL GRAPHICS - dedicated memory not being used

Hello , i have lenovo g50-45 lapotop with Amd a8 6410 and and dedicated R5 M330 2gb card . the a8 has an integrated r5 gpu in it. Now when i open a game like Gta 5 the game shows the vram as 1gb which is the shared memory . But when i see the stats of my dgpu with msi afterbruner it shows that the dgpu usage at 70 - 90% and i'm getting over 30fps . But gta 4 shows 3gb vram which is the total graphic memory ( shared + dedicated) . I also confirmed that my R5 M330 Dgpu as 2gb vram with gpu z. I also tried many solutions like disabling the igpu in device manager . but when i do the dgpu usage is at 0% and gta 5 runs at 1fps ...YES , you read it correct , a fucking 1 fps . So , is there a way to set my R5 m330 to do the work .

PLEASE HELP!!

Even though the game is set on high performance in the catalyst control centre and is plugged in , it still doesn't work.
