No matter what i do the system doesnt seem to boot. The graphic card fans spin for a second then stop . The lights on it light up and everything else plugged into the motherboard works. But even when i take out the graphics card everything boots for a second then slows down. Whats wrong?

You don't seem to have any ram or a processor. Both are required for the system to boot up or even enter the bios.
Which PSU is that?
