my graphics card amd raedon 8670 m is only showing 1024 mb in assassin creed syndicate and i ll try all my driver and it shows 3001 mb graphics memory in advanced video adapter please help me

That 3001MB it shows there includea all memory that teh video card can access: 1024 of it's own VRAM and the rest from system RAM.

Your AMD Radeon HD 8670M has only 1024 mb vram, that's why it only shows that capacity
