I have narrowed down the parts I want to construct my new pc. My current one is:
fx 8150
Noctua (not sure but an older one) cooler
1600mhz corsair vengeance ram
Msi 970a-g46 motherboard
gigabyte 7850 2gig 256bit
650 watt corsair psu
nzxt 410 phantom case

I have narrowed down the upgrades to 4 sets (they are limited because I come from South Africa and pc parts are very expensive), I would like dx 12 to be considered:
1)
i5 6600k + asus e3 pro gaming v5
evga supernova g2 850w gold rebeltech
corsair vengeance 16 gig lpx red cl13 2x8 ram
rajintek tisis black edition wootware
western digital caviar black
powercolor devil axr9390 8gb
cooler master trooper no window

2)
AMD fx 8370 + msi 990fxa gaming motherboard
corsair vengeance 16 gig lpx red cl13 2x8 ram
powercolor devil axr9390 8gb
EVGA supernova g2 850w gold psu
rajintek tisis black edition
cooler master trooper no window
western digital caviar black 2tb

3)
gigabyte h170 gaming 3 2400 asus h170 gaming pro with a i7 6700
powercolor devil axr 9390x
evga supernova g2 850w gold
corsair vengeance 16 gig lpx red cl13 2x8 ram
cooler master 212x
cooler master trooper no window
western digital caviar black 2tb

4)
i7 4790k + ASUS Z97-PRO GAMER
powercolor devil r9390
evga supernova 850w gold
corsair vengeance red 2400mhz ddr 3
western digital caviar black
rajintek tisis black edition wootware
(can't afford a case with this one lol, am on a budget)

My question is, which of these will give me a pleasant experience for the next 3 years? I don't really overclock which is why I included the i7 6700, considering the dx 12 is supposed to used hyperthreading which might make the i5 6600k useless. I could overclock the three overclockable chips with the rajintek cooler, but without a new case I am not sure the 4790 will be fine since I come from South Africa and live in a very hot region. Please let me know?

1| You can't overclock on that board with that CPU although you have a K suffix processor. You should look for a Z170 chipset board to enable you to overclock the processor/system and help you hold onto your system for longer at high graphical details.

2| It isn't a greater step up from your current setup.

3| If the i7 you've chosen isn't with a K suffix then you're best bet would be to down size and get an entry level Skylake i5 to pair with that H110 board but then you're better off going with a B150 chipset simply because you can't overclock and you're already going to populate the PCI-E slot with a dedicated GPU. The H series came about for HTPC users, folks who want to avail the onboard display outputs.

4| This would be a good...

4| This would be a good build since it ticks the right overclocking parts together and will last you quite a while.

My question is though, what's stopping you from downsizing to a smaller build?
