Hello, I am thinking to upgrade some components of my PC, but I dont know if the rig can take the most of the new components with mine motherboard. here are my pc specs
msi z77a-g45
i5 3570k
2x4GB Kingston Hyper X 1333mhz
GTX 660 2GB DDR5
Western Digital Blue 500Gb
Cooler master Seidon 120XL
NOX Urano VX 650W 120mm

want to upgrade to
250Gb SSD
i7 (open for sugestion)
GTX 1070

Solution
so for overclocking or if you do video and 3d editing and stuff get a 3770k if not get these in this order
1: NEW PSU!!!!
2: get a 1070 as it should work fine with that cpu
3: get a ssd i know kingston ssds are available for 40$ on newegg and amazon
4: then if you want get a i7 or upgrade the motherboard completly

With the socket on your current mobo you'll be restricted to the 3000 series of intel processors (3773 etc). If it's mostly gaming you do, I don't know whether it be worth the extra money for the i7 over the i5. I personally would rather spend the money on the GPU (maybe get a better model or even a 1080 if the saving is enough). And the rest is ok too. SSDs use the same plugs as normal drives do (SATA) and there should be no problems. Enjoy your upgrade :)

You have 2 SATA-III & 4 SATA-II ports, so an SSD is no problem whatsoever.

Honestly, never heard of the PSU before. However, since you have a PCIe 3.0 slot on that board (actually, 3 of them), then as long as your current GPU has been working OK and it has the right PCIe power connectors on the PSU, you'll probably be OK with a GTX 1070. But don't hold me to it.

CPU-wise, you're probably fine as you are. Your current CPU is in the top tier still (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html). However...if you really want a little extra CPU power (cue the Tim Allen voiceover...), then you can drop in an i7-3770 with your current board. It's on the list of supported CPUs (https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z77AG45.html#support-cpu), it has the same core speed as your 3570K, & it has the Hyper-Threading to turn it into an octa-core machine. Plus, it's going to be cheaper than the 3770K...which, despite the slightly higher core speeds (3.5GHz vs. 3.4GHz), is going to be a lot more expensive because it can be overclocked. If you do plan to OC the chip, though -- or if you're currently OC'ing your rig -- then go with the 3770K.

Thank you all for the attention, I will replace the PSU, get an 1070 and an SSD, later I deal with the cpu and mobo!

ALL your answers were very good, thank you!
