Something eating up my memory

For some reason something in Windows 10 is eating my memory up. When idle my system is using around 65% memory, here's proof.

It's a real problem when playing games because even games like CS:GO will flat-out crash to desktop because of memory reasons, even with how powerful my system is.

Whenever I look in Task Manager, it isn't fully clear on what is gobbling up the memory.

Would someone mind helping me out with this issue? It's really bugging me as it takes my PC a while to recuperate after watching a movie on Netflix, it's really kinda ridiculous.

Thank you!

Check without Chrome, Just in that screen shot you have 1 GB of memory used by Chrome plus 1.9 GB hardware reserved and who knows how much more by other programs you shouldn't run at same time as game that requires a lot of FREE memory.
