Hello and thanks for watching my problem.
I have both SSD and HDD. SSD is for my OS and HDD is for games and storage. The problem is that when I play a game I see 1 sec freeze and fps drop to around 20-30. Kinda strange because the PC is really fast. My page file is on HDD and higher than my ram. I think HDD has health issue but the tests were passed.
PC config:
i7-4790k 4.0ghz
Sapphire R9 Fury
Corsair 8gb 1600mhz
Samsung SSD 840 120gb
Wester Digital Blue 1tb
Seasonic 850w

Any ideas what to do to fix this freezing?

Solution
'' and disable virtual memory so only ram works ''

if using windows OS's you may want to look into that . don't think is recommended

I would look at something that's causing a memory leak I ues 16 gb of memory and unless I run a program that uses memory like y-cruncher that will use all the memory you got to do a calculation the normal daily max useage is just around 3gb with a 2gb average

even my most demanding games don't push it over 3gb for normal everyday common computer use you should not be running in to this issue

good luck
Get the pagefile off the HDD. I ran into the exact same problem as you when I tried it several months ago to save space on my SSD. I has to do with WD using an aggressive head parking timeout on some of their HDDs. If the WD HDD has no activity for something like 8 seconds, it parks the heads.

Unfortunately, Windows likes to touch the pagefile every 20-30 seconds for some reason, even when you have plenty of free RAM. Whenever it does this, because the heads are parked, Windows will freeze until the heads unpark and the drive can access the pagefile. The freezes were about 1/2 to 1 second on my system.

Moving the pagefile back to the SSD completely fixed it. If you never come close to using all your RAM, you move the pagefile to the SSD but set its initial size to 1 GB or even 512 MB. Then set its maximum size to 4-8 GB. That way your pagefile is on the SSD, but doesn't take up so much space. If you do use all your RAM, then you need to get more RAM or a bigger SSD.

Hey there, ryderbg!

I'd recommend you to backup any important data from the WD Blue before proceeding with the troubleshooting. Better safe than sorry, right? Especially when it concerns your data. Once you do that, I'd suggest you to swap the SATA cable that is connecting the HDD with a different one and also attach the drive to a different SATA port on the motherboard. Afterwards, check the HDD usage again. If you haven't tried that already, you might also want to disable some Windows Services that could potentially cause such spikes of usage.
press Windows+R > Write services.msc > Disable
1-Super fetch
2-Windows Search
3-Background Intelligent Transfer Service

Hope it helps. Keep us posted!

Thanks for the help, guys. I switched page file from HDD to SSD and now works fine, but I want to increase SSD's life so I am thinking about buying more ram and disable virtual memory so only ram works. And I was thinking about a second SSD only for page file. I cannot decide what is better for the case.

Yesterday, I bought Kingston HyperX Savage 2x8 Kit 1600mhz CL9 and add them to my Corsair Vengeance 2x4 1600mhz CL9. Now I have 24gb of RAM and disabled page file. After 24 hours of work I think there isn't problem with 4 sticks of RAM. Here pictures:

For the record - XMP is enabled in the BIOS.
