Will these specs run Witcher 3 anywhere from low-medium with at least 30 FPS

So my pc specs are

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 Deneb
GPU: Radeon HD 6970 2GB
Memory: 4GB DDR2

I know my ram sucks but i do know people have played the game with 4GB of DDR2.

On everything low and low resolution and as long as you stay away from any bigger towns/settlements you will get around 30FPS.
The game needs a strong CPU and even stronger GPU to run well.
