If I have a AMD A10-7850K 3.7GHz (Quad Core) W/ R7 Graphics, do I still need a GPU? I am customizing a computer on Ironside Computers.

I was hoping to run most games like CS: GO on decent to high settings. I just don't know if I'll need a graphics card that may be better or if my CPU with integrated graphics will be enough. I have currently selected a Standard 600 Watt Power Supply.

The OS I've chosen is Windows 10 64bit. With the OS, I would like the max price to be $600. I hope that's enough to get a decent PC. What PSU would you recommend with my budget?

This would be a far better solution, for $600.

Will these parts be able to run games at decent to high setting such as CS: GO?

It will have no problem with CS:GO. GTX 950 is a nice budget card. You will need to keep some settings turned down, for newer, more demanding titles. You would be looking at an i5, and at least a GTX 970, to get significantly better. This review used an i7 4770k, but with a GTX 950, you wouldn't see much difference, in most titles, as the GPU would be the limiting factor.
