I live in a 26,000^2 ft house with 3 floors and each floor needs to have the good speed and connectivity.
Each floor is approximately 8,000^2 ft. The router would need to be located on the top floor and it would be located in the middle of the top floor of the house towards the back. (There is no other option for placing the router anywhere else)

I'm not wanting to spend very much on this like definitely not more than $150 and hope fully less than $100.

My speed is 60Mbps up and 4 Mbps down with 30 MS ping. So I don't want to buy something that I won't be needing like pay for something that's meant for speeds of like 500Mbps down when I can only get 60 at most 75.

Currently I have a Belkin 59K1105V2 Router that I bought at Walmart and it doesn't work very well, it can not even get a straight steady connection down to the middle floor of the house.
I'm using a Cisco DPC3208 Modem that Charter (My ISP) Issued me and it works fine as far as I can tell.
My ISP uses a Coaxial wire to run internet to my modem from outside of my house. (I'm assuming it's a coaxial cable.) I use Charter Internet in Alabama if you need to do any further research on the company.

What I'm going to need to power is a Gaming PC which will be in the same room as the router and will need to be hardwired in through an Ethernet cord.

2 Smart phone which will be carried throughout the house (Samsung Galaxy S5 and S4)

A Smart TV on the same level as the Router and a Smart TV on the middle level of the house.

A Roku player on the bottom level of the house and a laptop that will Generally be on the bottom level of the house.

A Wii U and Xbox 360 in the same room as the Gaming PC.

I also have friends over whom bring their desktop PC's and we game together so I'd like the router to have at least 5 Ethernet ports.

Sorry for such a long post it's just I've got no idea where else to ask about something like this and I'm giving you all this information so you can best help me select the best router for my needs.
Thanks for the help guys!

I'd say two AP's min (one top one bottom) with three maybe looking a bit better like USAFRet said. WiFi isn't magic you have a lot of area and walls to cover.

You can save a bit of money on the router with PFsense (or the like) if you have an old PC laying around. then you only need some AP's and CAT cable.

I tried the high end router/AP combo they don't help.

If it 'cuts out', it does not reach properly to all floors.

So...
Is there a possibility of running ethernet cables to the first and second floor?
Then, Access points, 1 serving each floor or end of the house.
