bugcheck 0x9f DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

this is a driver or old hardware not responding correctly to low power state requests (sleep). In windows 7 these were turned off by default, then were turned on in windows 8 and above.
generally to fix it you would update the BIOS and the driver from your motherboard vendors website.

if you can not figure out which driver it is you can turn off power management functions using windows control panel. (set it to high performance mode and nothing will go to sleep) Often it is better to update the BIOS and drivers in the hopes the problem was fixed. if you know the driver, you can go into windows control panel device manager, find the device, find its power management settings and just turn...
Are you not reading what okcnaline is posting?
There is no issue at the moment, and there is nothing to be resolved.

If this becomes a repeating occurrence you can start looking into "solutions". At the moment, nothing is causing it outside of a one time error (which cant be "fixed")

most people had this problem when they update from window 7 to a newer version but some vendors have changed their driver installers to turn on the sleep functions by default even on windows 7.
