I picked up a 2nd 980ti pretty darn cheap. Installed it with my bridge and no sli option. I used my bridge not to long ago on my dual 970 setup and tried a brand new one with no luck. Did a fresh install with nvidia drivers. Both cards have the same bios and are both gigabyte cards. Anything else I could try??? This is baffling me and want it to workkkkk.
The computer recolonizes them both in the device manager as does nvidia software. Tried a brand new bridge, tried the cards swapped in different spots. Tried the 2nd card in someones computer just now and it works with his strix 980ti and my bridge.
Side note: Would my samsung 950pro m.2 on a pci card using one of the lanes matter?
