I would suggest spending a little more and picking up a Z97 motherboard for the overclocking features.

Pro 4 is a good mobo, don't expect high OCs, would need a bigger budget and get a better mobo

4.4 to 4.6 is typical for higher will need better mobo if CPU is capable
