Upgrade graphics card or Buy new computer

I'm buying a new cheap gaming computer, so I'm wondering if I should upgrade the
CybertronPC Patriot Gaming Desktop with a Nvidia Geforce gtx 950. Or should I just buy
SkyTech Archangel ST-FX6300-8GB1TB-GTX750TI.

I mainly want to play warframe on max settng and minecraft with shadeers, and games like dragon ball xenoverse. But I also want to be future proofed as well.

you are not getting a good prebuild computer.
you need to get a custom build on otherwise it will lack quality.

i3 6100 is still a great choice watch some benchmarks from digital foundry( with a grain of salt u don't own a titan x).

cabling will be a bit harder and a bit worse power supply but still really good safe voltage output.
the games will run the same a bit lower settings (triple a games).

still a really good build with a lot of potential.
