why we should upgrade graphic card?

just.. why we should upgrade graphic card? in detail? and for trouble shooting purposes, what is any possible to resolve hardware issues? what is trouble shooting issues if we upgrade graphic card?

It tends to improve general use and gaming, support newer protocols and such. Rarely do they wear out, but the gains in the GPU area have outpaced CPU significantly along with demand, so a 5-year old CPU might be fine, but a 5-year old GPU is often nearing unusable especially for the lower end integrated cards often used in OEM systems.
