Hi, I built my first custom build and i'm not too good with computers. Anyways, I've had it running for a few months atleast and it's only done this a few times but now it's every day, constantly, and it's getting to the point that i'm not able to use it. Basically it will shut down out of nowhere, then restart, and it will continue to this cycle until I hold down the button to turn it off. Also, I cannot get into Bios under Recovery, whenever the computer needs to restart it can't anymore. If I try to restart, the computer will load but the monitor won't display anything. I also tried to reinstall Windows and it gave me an error message that there was a problem. I believe it could have to do with either RAM or the ATX Power supply. I removed one of the RAM cards to see if one is defective but I will not know until the computer shuts down again. I don't know if this computer is overheating, or has a memory problem, I really need help. I downloaded Speedfan, and HWMonitor. Please look at the screenshots. I also included my parts list if that helps. So far, I have checked to make sure all cords and RAM were plugged in properly. I opened the case and dusted it out. I scanned for viruses, malware, and adware. Then I removed AVG because during a scan, the memory being used shot up so fast, it caused the computer to shutdown - but removing it hasn't fix the problem. I've also switched from a cheap surge protector to a decent one and it hasn't helped. I believe i'm using a stockfan over the heatsink, if that matters. I checked all the fans and they appear to be working. Please ask me if more info is needed. I just need some ideas as to what could be the problem, and how can I fix it. I have not had the computer for very long which is really frustrating. Thanks in advance.

Google around and look at how to use memtest. You'll load it to a bootable USB thumb drive, boot to it, then have it test your memory. See what that comes back with. Typically with a bad memory chip you'd get blue screens before it just bouncing on you, but not guaranteed.
