I have msi gtx 970 for almost 1 year now i never had a single issue with it, i was looking randomly at my pc, like i dont look but today i decided to take a look and i saw theres only 1 fan running i freaked out and i turned my msi after burner and see if my fan kicks in at low rpm to 100% speed and they did a good job,if i play gta 5 both fans will kick in,if i play like csgo i see only 1 fan spinning at low rpm and it will keep spinning even when i get out of the game should i get a refund for the card or what?
