I am planning to buy a i3-6100, but i am not sure whether i should get a fan for it. I heard that the intel stock fans are pretty good. And if I should get a fan, which should i get?

The intel stock cooler is a good fan if your not overclocking. If you do decide to get an aftermarket cooler get the hyper 212 evo. It is one of the best coolers for around $25.
