Is a GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 970 good with a 750 watt PSU or do I need a bigger PSU?

I am going to build my 3rd pc for a friend and I am dealing with a GUP I have never messed with. The GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 970 4GB G1 GAMING OC EDITION. I really just want to clarify if a 750 watt PSU is ok with this GPU.
