Best to stick with 2133 and maybe 2400, the motherboard isn't the deciding factor - the MC (memory controller) in the CPU is. Xeon's are locked CPUs so you can't OC if needed as with a K model CPU (also why the mobo specs indicate an (OC) next to most of the 'compatible' DRAM data rates
