Bottleneck or not?

I believe that you all have heard about the new AMD Radeon rx 480. My question is an overclocked g3258(4.2ghz) would bottleneck the 8gb version. And if yes will it have any problems with the 4gb version?

Solution
Yes. A dual core will struggle in games that require 4 cores. (Witcher 3, GTA 5, Far Cry...) the 4 or 8gb vram doesn't make any difference. What is your fps goal? If you just want 60fps, you can just get an i3. That will give you close to 60 fps in almost any game(in the high 40s in gta 5). But will still slightly bottleneck the 480. An i5 would be ideal. You can still get the 480 and upgrade later.

I am on a limited budget that's why I believe a rx 480 will be ideal for me. To be honest I now own an asus radeon hd 6450 1gb gpu and I am used to playing games with 20-25 fps so even if gta v or witcher run with high graphics at 1080p with 30-40 fps I will not have a problem :p

Just be sure to upgrade sometime. Maybe next year with zen. Otherwise, the 480 would be a waste of money.
