I was watching youtube videos and all of a sudden my pc got stuck and making weird noises. I turned it off reboot and it said that overclocking failed, i used the ai suite 3 to try overclocking my pc. I did something stupid by lowering my cpu freq via the ai suite 3. After restarting my pc powers on but has no display also my motherboard shows the code 99. Maybe my proccessor doesn't get enough voltage? Thanks in advance.
