Is there a noticeable difference over the AMD Radeon R7 250 graphics card and the AMD Radeon R7 240 graphics cards because the 240 is quite a bit cheaper and i was wondering will it actually make a difference if i do buy the 250

Yes there is but you are asking the wrong question. Neither of the cards may be good for what you want to use them for and may not even run in your computer. It's like asking "should I use a small spoon or a larger spoon?" and not saying why you want the spoon in the first place.

What is your budget, what is your current computer specs including CPU, case size, power supply brand and model, and what are you getting the card for?
