So for the past 2 weeks my internet has suddenly become really slow and gets disconnected a lot. Like I can't get any internet at all and Windows always says that there is a missing network protocol or to restart the modem. I didn't change anything on my PC since the last time my internet was working without a problem and now. I was wondering if the problem is with the modem, router, or the cable from the router to my PC.
PS: I also notice this a lot more when playing Steam games like CS:GO and Dota because I get huge pings (up to 3000) but i'm able to stream Youtube (not at the same time as when i'm playing) at 480p or 720p
