Goodday

I just did the 771 to 775 mod which was successful only got A LOT of bsods so i did a lot of shit to discover my ram was the issue (Flashing bios, three other cpu, other mobo, fcking annoying its just the ram....)
But why would this be a issue? since when i put in my old E5400 the ram works fine and the whole system is stable but with my Xeon E5420 it gives 7 different bsod crash codes.
The ram that has this issue is the kingston KVR800D2N6/2G and its a LOW profile dimm so any images you find online it might look like a full dimm, it isn't.
All the other dimms i tested are full dimms and at the moment two sets got through working.

What could be the issue? the mobo ? cpu?
If you want to know my mobo is a ASUS P5QL

(I know its all old hardware but i don't have any big sized DDR2 dimms on hand since I need 4 gb minimum total i need these dimms else i need to buy some but its not THAT cheap over here. the other dimms i tested are 512mb each and with 4 dimms 2 gb total and one of the serial numbers is HYS64T64000HU-3.7-A)

Solution
Welp after fiddling around with timings and speeds I and some other stuff it turned out one of my mobo 's ddr3 slots was broken as it was causing the bsods just put the memory in a other slot and it worked!

Also dual channel causes issues.

Well the cpu works with a other set of ram but not with this one set.
but since its my only 2x2 gb sticks i own I kinda need it.

I was thinking it was related to the ram it self since it did work on some old dimms of 512mb
