This is my first build after 9 years of using my old PC with couple of upgrades.
I use my PC for pretty much everything not only gaming.

Target budget: $1000-$1200


CPU + CPU cooler: Intel Core I7-6700K 4.00 GHz with Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ($377.48).
Thermal Paste: Arctic Silver 5 AS5-3.5G ($7.44)
Ram: Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 1866MHz DDR3 (59$)
GPU: GTX 1070 ($379)

Motherboard: ???
Case: ???
Power Supply: ???
Others: ???

Storage: 2TB ($0) from my old PC
OP: windows 7 ($0) from my old PC


My old PC:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.40 GHz ---- (The worst part)
Ram: 2x DDR2 2GB ram.
Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 7750 2GB DDR3
Hard drive: 2TB hard drive.
