Which case fans?

If I am building in the NZXT H440, and since there are a lot of complaints about the bad airflow, I was going to replace the 3 stock fans with 3x120mm high static pressure fans in the front since the front panel restricts a lot of air for efficient cooling, 2x140mm at the top and adding a 140mm fan with great CFM in the back. So, will this solve/help the cooling issues, so my mild overclocked 6600K and GTX 1070 will remain cool?

Also, please tell me the best most silent option with good amounts of CFM for case fans apart from Corsair SP/AF120 Quiet Edition (mind black&white build).

It is going to be loud.

Even if the fan bearing mechanism is advertised as "silent", the physics of airflow demand that moving air is never silent. Moving air through a pressure variation is even less so. Using high pressure fans to overcome any minor loss in airflow due to the variance is going to be even louder.

What kind of airflow do people think they need that are complaining? If your case isn't stagnant it is fine...

I mean the heatsinks can only dump a certain amount of heat into your case, all case fans do is prevent it from building up.
