Hello. I have 2 networks on my router, as you can see with the image shared below...

Ever since I switched from Comcast Wi-Fi to AT&T Wi-Fi, my primary network (Grant Wi-Fi) has not been connecting to the internet. But my second network (Grant Wi-Fi 2) has been able to. So I'm trying to connect our router's second Wi-Fi (Grant Wi-Fi 2) on my desktop computer with my Ethernet cable. But whenever I plug it in, I'm pretty sure my computer/router assumes I want to connect to my primary Wi-Fi connection (Grant Wi-Fi). I was wanting to know if it's possible to connect to my secondary internet connection (Grant Wi-Fi 2) with my Ethernet cable

Note: I can connect to our secondary Wi-Fi wireless (phone, tablet, etc.).

If anybody has a solution or has dealt with this before, help is much appreciated :)

Solution
When you connect your computer via ethernet, it doesn't use WiFi at all (unless you have unusual settings). Ethernet may use some of the same settings as your primary WiFi, or it could use it's own. It all depends on how you've set up your router.
I would recommend just resetting your router back to factory defaults and reprogramming in the different wifi networks that you want.
