I have windows 10, it came on the hdd i bought i do not have a phisical copy of windows ( it was windows 7 but i got the free upgrade form Microsoft last yea like all the others )

Please help and hopefully the easiest way!

You can delete everything you don't want transferred from the old drive and then use a disk cloning/migration tool to clone your disk to the SSD.
I would recommend that you just download windows 10 directly from microsoft (it's free and legal) and install windows from scratch. When the installation asks for a product key, you can either use your Windows 7 key, or you can just skip it and it should recognize your computer and automatically activate after the install finishes.
