I have an Intel i7 4790k, and I'm looking to get the quitest possible 280mm AIO for it. I was thinking about a Corsair H110i (gt/x, whichevers cheapest at the time), and swapping out their fans for some Noctuas (probably the 140mm redux). Does this sound like a good idea, and if not, what else could I use?

Thanks!

If you're looking at overclocking that i7, then noise will naturally come about when you need to dissipate the heat from your heatsource which in this case can be your heatsink or radiator. If you really want to have the best of both worlds, you can go ahead with Swiftech Helix PWM fans. Sound/noise will vary from people to people as does aesthetics and color. There are some in the community that think the ticking in the motor is noticeable on some of the Noctua's.

Regardless you can look into:
Bitfenix Spectre Pro's
EK Vardar's
Noiseblocker E-Loops
