Hi,

here is the build I am planning on:
ASUS X99-DELUXE II LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
i7-6950X

Will Noctua NH-D14 SE2011 work with these components?

Yes it will work. LGA2011 will stay the same and that is a massive cooler so it will be enough. For that kind of build I might be inclined to get the NH-D15.
