Building using a apu was an unfortunate choice if you planned on any upgrades.
You buy a APU for the excellent integrated graphics.
But, there are no real good upgrades, particularly for a gamer.
If you install a superior discrete graphics card, you will have thrown away the big advantage of the APU.
Then, you are left with a relatively weak cpu. Most games depend on only a few fast cores.
The possible upgrades are to more cores, but few games will use more than 2-3 cores so 6+ cores are not very helpful.
Bottom line.....
What you get with a APU is what you will live with forever.

You have two issues.
1. Why the game crashes under heavier load.
If the game is fully patched and you have the latest graphics drivers, the card could be...
Lets talk about your specs first. Certainly a better CPU would help since CSGO is quite CPU intensive, however the biggest bottleneck right now is your RAM, double it to 8GB and you should see a great improvement.

Having said that, your system shouldn't crash regardless of your current build. Something else is causing a problem.

Could you post your current video driver version, along with your CPU and GPU temps? you can use HWmonitor Pro or AMD Overdrive + GPU-Z to find out their values.

CPU TEMP (IDLE) : 44 C
GPU TEMP (IDLE) : 33 C

GPU TEMP (INGAME) :57

I'm not sure exactly what could be causing the crash but for an upgrade to parts I'd recommend an Athlon x4 860K and a Gigabyte F2A68HM-HD2 Motherboard. Both are very affordable and with a GTX 750Ti should be running CSGO fine. Also 8GB of RAM would be good too. But I'm really not sure why your game is crashing especially when your temps aren't high.

few threads on that as well '' 5 second coutdown and crashes ''

Sometimes it's just a problem between the game engine and the graphics driver and all you can do is wait for a fix. If the game allows you to adjust individual graphics settings rather than just a global ones you can try them one by one to see if you can just turn down the culprit.

One of my games crashed every time I walked through a particular door in game despite perfectly smooth gameplay the rest of the time and all I could do to get past it was turn the settings down a notch. Sometimes it happens.

power supply make and model?

I think its just the game and how it is all his issues are reported all over just like with that count down crash .. its just a program subject to having some bugs lot of folks with ''better'' rigs report the same issues with it .. I'd try to reinstall the game may be just something got corrupted in the install your running now or a bad download ??

all you can do is what you feel is best

1. Why the game crashes under heavier load.
If the game is fully patched and you have the latest graphics drivers, the card could be defective.
If your psu is not a good one and can not deliver the 300w or so required, that could explain your crashes.

2. Your game is cpu intensive, and largely single threaded.
Your apu has a single thread passmark rating of 1376. None of the amd processors, including the FX8 processors get more than 1500 or so.
By comparison the Intel skylake i3-6100 has a single thread rating of 2102.
You would require a lga1151 motherboard and ddr4 ram to convert to Intel.
