Hi am planning to build a yellow pc out of some of my spare parts. All i need is a PSU and a case. I want a yellow case with a window that fits an R9 280x Tri-X and an ATX motherboard. However, if there is one that fits everything but the motherboard, I could buy an ITX motherboard. Thanks in advance and any help is appreciated.

Are we to follow up on your thread with system's specs posted in your signature space? That isn't a good idea since this thread will become irrelevant to a similar community member/reader when the signature specs have changed. Please state your full system's specs.

That being said, have you thought of looking into the Corsair 630T in yellow or the Bitfenix Aegis? The other thing you could do if you'd like to downsize is pick up an NZXT S340 chassis and paint it yellow via the help of some elbow grease and a couple of cans of spray paint. If you're looking at an mitx chassis there is the Corsair 380T in yellow as well.

PSU wise, you'd be best served with an all black PSU with some yellow texting but unfortunately pretty much all PSU...

PSU wise, you'd be best served with an all black PSU with some yellow texting but unfortunately pretty much all PSU OEM's and makers opt for an all black PSU since it's considered a neutral palette. You could contact the PSU maker for some stickers for your builds as Seasonic sometimes offer them to modders or you can make some of your own as others modders have found out to do with much ease and efficiency.
