Card with the most reliable / exchangeable fans?

Background:
I got bad experiences with all kinds of fans. Fans become loud and drive me crazy after a while. Now with CPU Fans and Case Fans it's not a big problem. You can just exchange them. But not with normal Graphics Card Fans. And while back in the day I was able to just remove the fan completely from my Geforce 2 and add a fat Zalman passive cooler instead, that's not really an option anymore. I had several issues with fans in the past, making the fan one of the strongest factors determining the lifespan of a graphics card.

What am I looking for?
I was completely planning on buying a GTX 1070 from the Gainward Phantom series. But when I contacted Gainward they wrote back that this series was discontinued. There will not by any Phantom 1070.
For those who don't know these Phantom cards: They offered an easy way to take the fan out of the "case" of the graphics card in order to clean it. Also if a fan was damaged you were able to buy a replacement fan on amazon.
So...I am now wondering...which series of cards has the most reliable fans at the moment? Are there any other vendors offering cards where you can simply exchange fans? Maybe even use case fans? Of course you can do something like that with water cooling. But thats another source of problems and the costs are somewhat higher, so I'd rather stick to air cooling.
Unfortunately normally cards aren't really tested for this in reviews.

For now the only hint I got from somewhere else was that the EVGA ACX Cooling System should be good. But that was coming from someone who replaces his Graphics card every year anyways. And while the trailer on youtube looks fancy I am not sure how realistic it is. ^^

Since none have gotten out or in the hands of reviewers yet (and if the trend of making the shrouds even fancier continues) we don't know if any will have replaceable fans, and as well I have doubts any will. You could probably however go back to the manufacturer if you wanted to replace them.

As for reliability and warranty you can't beat EVGA, if I had to say a specific brand that will have the best quality and fans, it would be them.

Thanks. I saw that you are able to buy extended warranty on their page. That way you can increase it from 3 to 5 or 10 years.
Not optimal but would be an option.

My guess was that most of the card lines are already out for a while. I mean EVGA ACX isn't new and I found some "fan problem videos" on youtube as well. I think that most of the lines for 1080 and 1070 are based on existing lines. So if the existing ones are very good or very bad you could already extrapolate from that.
