I was gonna buy an i5 6500 but on cpu boss it says that the i5 4460 performs well better

 
CPU Boss is not reliable. Check for reviews here, or at Anandtech, or other reliable site. You can also probably find some youtube videos comparing them. You're also getting faster DDR4 RAM (running at 2133, not 2400) which may benefit some games:
