My PC Specs are as follows:

Intel core i3 2100 3.1GHz
DH61WW motherboard, 8gb ram, 2 HDDs(internal)
Antec vp500pc PSU(buying for GPU)
planning to buy ASUS GTX 960 OC -4GB Turbo edition card.
I know it will bottleneck my pc a bit but will be upgrading my processor soon.
Now I found two dimensions of the same card to be different on amazon.com and ASUS site and i'll be buying it from newegg.com as m getting it for less price.
The dimensions are as follows :-
1) Amazon.com - 14.6 x 2.7 x 8.7 inches ( https://www.amazon.com/GeForce-Overclocked-DisplayPort-Graphic-TURBO-GTX960-OC-4GD5/dp/B016TZUPSQ/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1464814412&sr=1-3&keywords=asus+graphic+card+gtx+960)

2) Asus.com - 10.3 " x 4.71 " x 1.45 " Inch(https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/TURBO-GTX960-OC-4GD5/specifications/)

Completely confused coz if I went with asus.com dimensions, this card has around 1 cm space left between the card and HDD slot in CPU cabinet. With amazon.com dimensions, there is no chance at all. My cousin is going to bring it from US to India. So I want to be sure about the correct dimensions. Feel free to suggest any good cards. Also how is the PSU???

OK so considering ASUS.com site's dimenions it'll fit. Now for psu should i buy other coz i saw antec vp series in tier 3 in PSU tier list on tomshardware. So, should I go ahead with the above peripherals I mentioned? or change the PSU?
