My friend was playing ac syndicate on pc and when he came back it was extremely slow and when he moved his cursor it flashed and it kept moving in other directions but only happened if he movbed it, everything went really slow he was stuck on it so he rebooted his pc, it took AGES to turn back on and the windows logo dissappeared sometimes when windows was loading. he loaded up and i told him to click the start button it took ages to come up the settings bar wasn't there so he searched it up with cortana and it took ages to load up. then i told him to go into safe mode he did it didn't take as long but it was messed up and the screen kept flashing and he couldn't do anything?
