The G43 has 4 display output options; Display port, HDMI, VGA and DVI. The E45 lacks the DP. ALC892 on the G43 while the E45 has the ALC887. The G43 has angled connectors which would be better for cablemanagement. PCI-E connectivity is better on the G43 since it lacks the PCI slot found on the E45 board.
