Hey there, to make it short, I appreciate all and any feedback. I want to get this resolved so it doesn't turn into a bigger issue, as I can't afford to buy another desktop. Here are my specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($88.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($72.00 @ Newegg)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($53.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 280
Case: Corsair SPEC-02 ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24F1ST DVD/CD Writer ($14.99 @ Newegg)

I think the issue is the power supply. When the noise starts, it sounds like the noise a wild ceiling fan would make, except its definitively metallic. I made a short video so there is no confusion (sorry for the f bomb): https://youtu.be/5uN8ek2Q55E

Important Details:
- This noise started back a month or two ago, and it was feint and only for a brief time.
- Recently, the noise happens at least once per session, usually right away when i turn my pc on, after a few minutes though, it randomly stops. Then randomly it starts up again.
- When i tilt the computer to the right, the noise almost stops. Also, when i press down on the power supply from the top, it gets less noisy.
- sometimes the noise is gentle and barley there, sometimes it's full throttle

I know my power supply is cheap, maybe I should just buy a new one before the cancer spreads? I am hoping there is a simple fix, I wanted to post this thread before i open it up and check it out (probably going to do that right now).

Thanks again
