So i have the MSI Computer ATX DDR3 1066 NA 970A SLI KRAIT EDITION Motherboard seen here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00WB9MUX8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And this AMD FD8350FRHKBOX FX-8350 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition Processor from here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009O7YUF6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And i have everything plugged in a gtx 860 gpu and everytime i power it on everything powers on lights fans etc.. but in a few second you get 5 short beeps. I have tried multiple trouble shooting guides and all that and cant find the problem. The only time it doesnt beep is when i dont have the gpu plugged in with the power cables just put in the pci slots but it doesnt boot just keeps running without the beeps.. I really need help. Thanks

Solution
Remove the CPU and check both the CPU and its socket that there are no missing, bent, or damaged pins/pads. Also check that there is no dust, dirt or debris on or amongst the pins/pads.

Ensure CPU is installed the correct way around and is mounted evenly when attaching the CPU cooler.

Check that the CPU aux power supply cable is connected (properly).

Check that all other motherboard cables are connected properly also.

Clear CMOS.
