No it won't they are different sockets. Your options for an overclockable i7 are limited to Haswell or Broadwell CPUs, eg. the 4770k, 4790k and 5775c. Not that overclocking even matters, you can't do it on an H97 board. At that point you might want to look at the non K versions to save a bit of money unless you really need the extra few hundred MHz the 4790k offers at stock over the regular 4790.
