Hi, I'm planning to build a new PC but I want to be sure, I heard that if I want to boot up the PC for the first time I have to remove the case's side panel or it will never boot, Is that true ?

whoever said that to you hoaxed you. No side panel has nothing to do, but as kyzarvs said most people just leave it in case something doesn't work so you can quickly access it without removing the panel and putting it back on all the time.
