Hi there, I plugged in my router to the master telephone socket in my house to see if the broadband speed would increase or not, and I was quite shocked to see the speed drop by 50%. The latency was reduced however.
I'm just wondering what could cause the drop in speed, its located next to the house's main electrical panel/fuse box etc could it perhaps be interference? But the signal would have to go there anyway from the extension socket back to the master socket?
Any thoughts?
